How does Profitlog calculate Etsy fees?
Profitlog applies Etsy's current fee structure for every sale: 6.5% transaction fee, 6.5% + $0.30 payment processing fee, $0.20 listing fee, plus the 5% VAT Etsy charges on top of the transaction and processing fees. Offsite Ads and your local sales tax / VAT are added when applicable.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial that includes unlimited Etsy orders, profit tracking, the Etsy fee breakdown, CSV import & export, expense tracking, and full reports. A card is required to start the trial, but you're not charged until the trial ends.
How much does Profitlog cost after the trial?
Profitlog Pro is $3.99 per month (or $39.90 per year — two months free) after your 30-day trial. Pro includes unlimited Etsy orders, unlimited expenses, full reports & analytics, CSV import & export, Etsy Ads tracking, and priority support.
Can I import my Etsy sales from a CSV?
Yes. Profitlog accepts the standard Etsy sales CSV during your trial and on Pro — unlimited rows, plus full export.
Does Profitlog connect to Etsy automatically?
Yes. You can connect your Etsy shop and Profitlog syncs your orders automatically. CSV import and manual entry are also available.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings before your trial ends and you won't be charged. After billing starts, you can cancel anytime and keep Pro access until the end of your current period.
